Prompt 24: Wand

This is just a tiny drawing I made, but I absolutely love it. Playing with the idea that music conductors uses ‘wands’ when conducting, I drew Honeybee and a group of other bees performing a musical piece.

I didn't originally have a story idea to go with this scene. However, my aunt (Corné Dercksen) suggested that they were performing “Flight of the bumblebee”. I love this idea and will definitely develop it into something bigger in the future.

Story:

Somewhere on Weltevrede you'll find Honeybee and her friends practicing for their annual concert. This year they'll be preforming “The flight of the bumblebee”.
