Prompt 8: Dream

Unfortunately, after finishing two big elaborate drawings, I didn't have an idea or the time to do a big drawing for this prompt. So, I opted to just drawing a little conversation between Honeybee and an ant. In the conversation the ant asks Honeybee what she wants to be.

I had a lot of fun coming up with different career options for Honeybee to consider.

She considers becoming a bloomist or piolet because she spends a lot of time flying around, smelling flowers and collecting nectar.

She also considers becoming a courier, since she collects nectar and delivers it to the beehive.

A little tongue in the cheek, she considers becoming a gynaecologist since she plays a big role in the fertilization of plants and flowers through pollination.

Then lastly, Queen Bee is just a little fun play on words option.

Story:

Mr. Ant: So Honeybee, what is your dream? What would you like to do when you grow up?

Honeybee remains silent as she weighs all her options. She could be a bloomist, a pilot, a gynaecologist, a courier ... or maybe even a Queen?
